If you would like to return a product to us for any reason, please read and follow this simple process:
* Registered customers can also initiate a return via their account. Simply Log in and go to My Account > Order History > Click the view invoice icon beside the relevant invoice > Then simply click on the return icon
beside the appropriate prouct and complete the form. (Note that the same time frames apply as stated above).

Unfortunately we do not offer a return service. Any returned items are completely up to you the buyer. We will ofcourse refund any delivery costs incurred if the fault was ours in accordance with our returns policy.
The returns process is normally resolved within 10days. This may take longer if products have to be inspected by the manufacturer. Please also note that PayPal (our main payments provider) takes up to five working days to issue a refund.

We take every measure possible to ensure that your order is sent exactly as you want it, however we understand that in the unlikely event, an issue may occur with items you have purchased. You may receive a product with a faulty part or one which has been damaged in transit, or you simply may not need a particular item any more. If this is the case, then please get in touch with us as soon as possible. You have the right to cancel an order at any time before items are dispatched or within 7 days of receiving them.
You must notify us of your intention to cancel as soon as possible by phone. We request that you contact us by phone as email transmissions are not guaranteed and delays are possible by mail.
In any event if you change your mind about the products you have ordered and no longer need them, we will accept any returned goods as long as they comply with this policy, and are within 7 days of receiving your items, however you (the customer) will be liable for the safe return of any items and any costs associated with it. A restocking fee may also be incurred.
All cancelled items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition (as received - unmarked, undamaged). We will not accept or refund any items that are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to us.
Please note: We are unable to accept cancellation at any stage if any item is ordered with any personalization or items custom manufactured to your specification (this includes but is not limited to whirlpools).
We ask that customers fully inspect all products received on the day of delivery, and you must notify us of any items that arrive faulty or damaged within 24hrs of receiving them by phone. A member of staff will advise you and either arrange collection or ask for goods to be returned back to us. Should we request that you send the goods back to us, we ask that you include a receipt for any postage costs that you may incur so that we may refund the full cost of postage.
Please note: All goods reported as faulty will be tested by us and the manufacturer, if it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse this will void any warranty, goods will be returned to you and no refund or replacement issued.
Many products from Bathrooms For Ireland come with a minimum Manufacturers Guarantee. Should any of your products develop a fault during the manufacturer's warranty period, that is not caused by damage or excessive use, we still ask that you contact us initially advise you on the next steps. Different manufacturer's have different procedures for dealing with faults, on some occasions we will deal with the replacement of goods on their behalf, some companies will only deal with customers direct so we will provide you with all the relevant contacts and information, they will then arrange repair, replacement or advise alternative procedures. You must provide a proof of purchase in order for the manufacturer to confirm your warranty period, so please keep your purchase receipt safe. All warranties begin from your purchase date.
